Alerting (ring) timeout value

Hi,

I'm looking the configuration parameter that controls the Alerting duration (ring timeout value) to a SIP extension. Where can I find this? I'm calling from a desk phone (4028 IP Set) and the call goes to voice mail after 4 rings (~15 seconds). I'd like to increase this value. Could this be a voice mail parameter? VM type is 4645.

Hi Kishanj, try timer 4. overflow on no answer.
