OTUC WebAdmin Password Problem Bics

hi,

We have a BICS 2.0 where we cant login to WebAdmin (OTUC) anymore.
We get msg wrong user/passwd. We have not changed this account on the system, and it worked well in the beginning.
We use admin/admin that's the standard account for WebAdmin.
We already reset the entire server and the problem still remaining, please Any solution??

Go to /opt/Alcatel/Ldap/upgrade and then issue the following command:
perl create_default_administrator.pl ldap://localhost:389 /opt/Alcatel/Ldap/etc/openldap/slapd.conf /opt/Alcatel/Ldap/bin
