Hello, I got ne job in a company who has OXE Alcatel, and they asked me if I can manage the welcome messages, I have some aknoledgment of the MGR but unfortunately I don't know how register and delete new messages also thru 4035. Can you help me?

Do you know if the welcome messages are Voice Guides or voicemail in Auto Attendant ?

They told me have been registered thru telephone actualy I don't know where they're located.

Ok,

First of all, you have to go under translator / prefix and find the prefix which is TONE TEST.
You also have to look for the prefixe for VG RECORDING

Then when you log into the pbx, you can do a vgfile all which will give you the list of the recorded messages

Once you have this, you can play and re-record the messages with the VG RECORDING prefix

Check on the documentation also. It is very well explained.

Could you please give me the key sequence to change messages, I check in manual but I can't find it. Thanks

You have to create a voiceguide recording prefix
You have to change the class of service to allow the phone to record VG
The phone has to be a 4035
You have to create the dynamic voice guide
You have to assign the VG on the GPA board or GD or GA
Then you have to do the recording
