Unable to FTP

Hi All,

I have installed a vmware with release 8.0.1. The istallation has been done as per the Alcatel Unleashed vmware doc.
The issue being faced is that I am unable to ftp the OXE on vmware.
Can any one share a step by step procedure, moving forward from the above said vmware installation doc.

You probably did not setup your virtual machine on the same network as your PC.
You need to look at the VMware settings, and look at what IP address it has.
If it's on a different network than your PC, you won't be able to ftp/telnet to it.
You then need to change your IP address on the PC, and/or make the machine available for private network only.
