I have never used 4635 auto attendant. There is no option about blind transfer?

I know in 4645 it's possible to do that.

I think there is a feature in the Mailbox configuration ist is Namend : Caller Prompting

Enter "1" if callers should hear full prompting after the mailbox greeting.
Enter "2" if callers should hear limited prompting after the mailbox greeting.
Enter "3" if callers should not hear any prompting after the mailbox greeting.

You need to look up and download Alcatel 4635 PcUpload Tool plus the user manual. Then you can change and delete voice prompts.

You have to connect voicemail both with ethernet cable (same like the cpu) and serial. Serial is used for managing voicemail menu and ethernet to upload messages. Configure voicemail ip parameters as per example.

Menu 22 - LAN Interface Management
- TCP/IP Parameter Configuration -
This Server's Ethernet Address: ......... 00:80:9F:03:98:A5
This Server's IP Address: ............... 192.168.0.1
IP Net Mask: ............................ 255.255.255.0
Broadcast Address: ...................... 192.168.0.255
Gateway IP Address: ..................... 192.168.0.128

Set asa password from menu 17 in voicemail. You have to change the file to .WAV file, 16bit linear, mono, 8kHz sample rate and then convert it to .s16 alcatel format with the command c:encode.exe (file.wav) (file.s16)

Uploading messages is done by the following commands from the command prompt.

Setting/replacing user name, greetings, personal group list names:
pcupload <vm-name> <asa-pw> send <mbox-nr>
[(choose one)name|greeting|extended|help|busy|access|group <grp-nr>] <filename> {-v}

Setting/replacing system messages:
pcupload <vm-name> <asa-pw> send system [broadcast|hello|goodbye] <filename> {-v}

Deleting user name, greetings, personal group list names:
pcupload <vm-name> <asa-pw> delete <mbox-nr>
[name|greeting|extended|help|busy|access| group <grp nr>] {-v}

Deleting system messages:
pcupload <vm-name> <asa-pw> delete system [broadcast|hello|goodbye] {-v}

vm-name = voicemail ip address
asa-px = set in voicemail menu 17
mbox-nr = mailbox number
filename = .s16 audio file previously prepared

Hope this helps
