8450 integration with exchange 2007

Has anybody done the integration between exchange and 8450 OFS (Omnitouch Fax Server)?

I´m facing some problems with sending mails to the fax server so the fas server will send them as a fax.

In the fax server I´ve created in the Profile Lookup table a Profile which allowed non internal users to send faxes with the default profile. On the exchange 2007 server, the customer installed the outloukforms and the send connector. After this it should work according the installation manual (which is very crappy at this part).

I´ve tried to send faxes with help of the sendtomail printer. I create a document. Print it with print to mail. The outlook client opens. In the to field I type [fax:12345] and send it. But then I get a reply back that the mail could not be delivered to 12345.

Any one a idea? Or faced the same problem?

Unfortunately I´m not a exchange specialist so I´m not sure were the fault is.

Seems to be that the exchange needs a reboot. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/959956

That takes a few days by this customer. Bummer.
