Free calls calls

Hello our company would give free service for customer, for calling Russia. Exactly they would like that customer wiil call our number and listen a advertising message for 1 minute, after that customer can call any number thru our ATS located in Russia with DISA, the problem is only do you have any idea for timer? because mac call time will be 10 minutes.
