anyone will say a word about neogate? is it working? how it's distributed etc? how good is support ?

yes it's working (in our laboratory), but their documentation is too little detailed. Some features there are not define. It distributed ALU (through ACTIS). We are solving cooperation Neogate and My Teamwork and we don't find out any documentation etc.
