Cannot call from OXE to Fax Server

Hi all,

I was configuring a Omnitouch fax Server with my OXE. I have make de configuration like described in TC1096 and i can call to fax server dialing the prefix created in Prefix plan. Then i create a SIP Device user in oxe to fax server. when i dial the extension i get "link out of service".

can anyone help me?

Make sure that you are using the right port for the link to the fax server. The fax server uses port 5061 and not the default 5060!

Your SIP configuration is wrong. For the fax server you need a routing or network prefix wo revers to a network routing table. In this table you are pointing to a externel sip gateway.
