SIP ringing duration for outgoing call.

Can you guys help me on this,
My issue is when I make an outgoing call from public SIP trunk group and if the called number doesnt answer the call within 20 seconds the call gets disconnected,
But for other calls its not happening, How can I increase this timer,
My system release is OXE 8.0.1,
Attached is the trace file of the call,

Have you tried to change value of T310 in trunk catagory? sometimes this is too short by default.
