SIP Calls

We have a client who is using OXE common hardware. One of thier outgoing trunk which will be used for International Calls is using SIP Trunking. Calls are working fine but when there is a need to generate a report they found that the Called Number is truncated. Instead of 15 digits they can only see 8 digits.

I already check the TAXA files and we also found out that it has also the same output. I'll attach the part where the International Call are made.

Show TAXA file. About calls - calls from usual user (from this node) or any type of transit calls?
Applications/ Accounting - what about item "Nb of Last Masked Called Digits"?

Already checked the masking settings in Accounting parameters. I'll include the trace.

Hi,

Can you check the parameter mgr->Applications->Duration Accounting->Duration accounting trunk groups->Metering. If it is set to During call, can you check the behaviour with a diferent value.

Can you describe your management - for outgoing calls you use Network/routing prefix (looks like this - CallType = LocalNetworkCall)?
Or ARS? I think ARS will solve you problem - ARS prefix, discriminator, one route with SIP TG and numbering command table (with one command I and SIP GW number).

OK.
Vad is already mentioned that your call is "local network call".

Hi,

I do not think that SIP Accounting is supported by the 4760.

For 4760 no difference between f.e. SIP and ISDN (in tickets present only TG number). When tickets exist on PBX - 4760 works with this tickets.
