Analog COS

Hello all

we are using an OXE release 6.1 patch 16. We have 8 analog line. 6 out of 8 are currently used by company A and 2 are by company B. These two cannot call internally.

My problem is when a call comes for company A it hits the automated attendant and if somebody presses company B ext. it transfers.

Is there any way to stop this.

You have fhone feature COS where exist item Inter-Company Calling Right and in COS you have transfer COS (transfer and phone feature COS - the same digit) - use in one company phone feature COS 1 - 10, company B 11 - 20 and forbid with transfer COS table inter company transfer.
