Timer 319 and 320 are related to CLIP on Analog users.
The set will be busy some time after in-hook.
I was not sure what exactly your problem is.
Call not released or station busy for next call.

The problem is that release of call comes with the Delay 2 sec. That means that after I poot on hook, I see don't see Release in trace.
We need immediate release.

Okay - seems to be another issue.
Did you try another hardware for the user and board?
How do you traced it?

Any word to disable the flash function on the analog phones in the OXE?
Dave

Without an OXE in front of me here is how I remimber to do it.

mgr -> system parameters -> Z Board
look for "Max duration loop break hookflash
The default I believe is 40. I normally change to 100 for
better operation of hookflash but to disable set this as low as it will alow.
Not sure if it will accept a 1 it may be 10

Only problem is that believe when you do this you need to reboot the OXE for the changes
to take effect.

I had try to set the "Max dur loop break hookflash" to the lowest value.Tested it works.
Thanks Dave.

Note: reboot OXE after changes.

For the involved SLI:
Shelf - Board - SLI position
Send Init Dynamic Msg = TRUE
Param By Default = FALSE
In the go down menu - Dynamic Init Parameter set following parameter:
P20 = 2
P21 = 0
P22 = 15
P23 = 0
P24 = 2
P25 = 0
P26 =22
P27 = 1
Then reset the board.
