4635 conversation recording for analog users

can analog user use the record online feature in 4635 VM

I have the same issue . Is anybody knows about it ? Can we do recording on anolog sets with 4635 VM.

Hi, we already have working fine this feature on Iptouch phones with one OXE rel 11 and 4635H Relv 5.4.4 , but customer request this feature on analog sets.
On Ip phones we use a dynamic key " conversation recording" and there is Prefix on LOCAL FEATURES called " conversation recording".
We have tested without success on users with same cos and his mailbox also with the same cos.
Someone knows hot to use ( or configure ) this feature? I can't find any reference on docs.

But the post you mention (relating to record with OTUC) is an alternative solution to this thread, which still remains unanswered.

As far as I remember prefix was not possible via analog set

It is not possible to use a suffix in analog set. I checked with our VAD last month.
