Problem with aplications of Call Center

I install the supervisor console, but when i wan to open this aplication i nedd the address or name of the server, in this case i put the oxo ip address but does not make the connection,

Is it the address correct? i don't know. Please Help me

Hi Ileana, are you working with an OXE or OXO???

The supervisor console that you're using is te CCs???
