Polycom IP7000 incoming External call 1 ring

I have had some issues with Polycom ip7000s. I have resolved all of the issues except when calling the polycom from and external phone .. the polycom rings 1 time then states "missed call". While the external caller's phone is still ringing.... indefintely. I have followed the "Polycom-SoundStationIP6000-7000_OmniPCXEnterpriseR9.0_IWR_Ed01" doc. With very little success.

Any ideas?

Why do you need it to ring more than once?
