Fax sending error on SIP device

I have an OXE R9.0 patch 34 with fax machines declared as SIP Devices.

Incoming calls through ISDN PRI interface to fax - OK
Outgoing calls through ISDN PRI interface from fax - Not OK

The fax always comes up with an error " Fax sending Error' .

Is the SIP endpoint the Fax directly or does it go through a SIP deivce such as Audiocodes? Details on the SIP device will help in understanding what the issue might be.

The end point is an Alcatel Optical Network Terminal (ONT)with a built in SIP Client

The problem was with the patch 34.
I downgraded to 31d and its working now
