Oxe DTMF via SIP to External Application

Hi,

We have a R8.01 Oxe connected to a Tandberg VC system over a SIP trunk group. When you dial into the Tandberg unit from a user on the Oxe no DTMF input's are recieved and actioned.

On a Wireshark trace I can see in the INVITE message SDP from the Oxe to the Tandberg:

Media Attribute (a): rtpmap:97 telephone-event/8000

But this is not present in the OK message from the Tandberg.

Should the Oxe automatically now switch to in-band DTMF? Is there a system setting that I need to check?

Check RFC3262 force use parameter in external gateway parameters --> this is related to acknowledge provisional responses.
Also for DTMF check the type and make tests IP-->IP Parameters-->DTMF mode (0 default).
