4760 > Oxo FTP

As far as I know the 4760 retrieves tickets from an Oxo using dynamic FTP and the port range is very wide. Our customer is asking if it is possible to change this to Passive FTP and thus use selected ports. Does anyone know if it is possible and if so how is it configured?
