Dear Guru's
Im quite new to alcatel oxo system, please help i need your technical expertise
System: Oxo Rel 4.x
The system is up and running i need features to be activated:
1. External diversion - configured the following:
U/BSL, selective diversion, active, diversion target: external, 9 + mobile number.
i dialed the diverted extension, the system does not recognize my external diversion programmed to mobile.
2. Call foward from operator (extn 100, No answer) to extn 103
Incoming call is received by AA, in my AA menu dialing "0" is "transfer to subscriber/group" 100, thru dynamic routing i programed extn 100 to ring 15sec then it will be forwarded to extion 103.
Test:
100 No answer for 15 sec, the call is forwarded to extn 103. my problem is extension 103 it only rings "once", then my AA prompts the outside caller to dial "0" again. client wants extn 103 will ring 5 or 6.
Did i miss something in my programing?
3. Does our system has the ability to SAVE missed call and dialed number? (just like mobile do, without keying numbers) if so, How?
Please help... im just new in alcatel oxo system.
thanks a lot!
Cheers

1) edit the phone extension where you are trayinf to forward to the calls to the movile and check which number appears in the item "Tel. Facility Category ID". Then, go the Menu Categories - Phone facilities Category and and check that category number to ensure that the option "forward to external no" is set as 1 (true)

I didn´t get the second point...
3) 3. Does our system has the ability to SAVE missed call and dialed number? (just like mobile do, without keying numbers) if so, How?
Answer: You just have the "redial " option and a "call back list " (as far as I know) To be able to use them, you have first to create the redial last number prefix and the consult call back list under menu
Translator - Prefix

System: OXO rel 4.x, AA is active
2. operator will be out at least 1 month,
objective: operator wants all calls to ring at extn 100 for 20 sec, then it will be diverted to extension 103, 103 will ring for at least 5 or 6 rings
My config:
in PM5, voice processing, AA, AA menu opening hours "0"is configured "transfer to subscriber/group" extn 100, Parameter : Internal 100,
PM5 User/ base station list 100:
details, dynamic routing, timer1: 20, destination 103.
did i miss something, do i need to modify some parameters?
thanks.
Incoming calls are received by AA, then transfer

Have you arelady created the group of extensions?
If not go to Group menu - Hunting group -
There , you have to create a directory number that will be a group. Example 199 and set it as cyclical.
when creating the group, in the secction "Dr. No allocated to the group", add all the extension you want to receive the calls from the attendant (110 -101 -102, ect)
After the group is created, put the group number you have created (ej. 199), as the number that will receive the overflow of the attendant.
I never did it, but give it a try.
Good luck
