PCX to PCX (Extension to Extension) calls in AHL

Hi,

Is it possible in AHL to produce the SMDR with PCX to PCX calls. The customer has already the license however we cannot see in the PMS.

I assume the licence you talk about is local-local calls accounting.

Yes, that is correct, we made some test and in the PMS we cannot find the call logs between two OXE extensions.

I know it works on 4760 but not sure on realtime(v24) or ahl. maybe someone else can confirm.

Have you activated the filtering in accounting to these kind of calls in hotel mode?
