Can not import data by 4760i

Hi all
i am installing OXE crystal 9.1 system.
i created user in system then use 4760i export to text file.

then i use excel to edit ( add more user).

when i import data to system i got failed popup.

"the value must comply with following rule:
Minimum size: 0, Maximum size: 4 Range:0..9,A..D,*,#"


any pro can help me on this case

i want to use 4760i to create 1000 users.

Did you delete the secret code field?

I think you have problem with some fields (f.e. secret code).
If for you not so intresting port number:
in 4760 - create user - select type (f.e. analog), select port 255/255/255 (or -1/-1/-1), and manage dir. number f.e. 2000:2999.
In PBX will be created 1000 users, analog type, with numbers from 2000 to 2999, and port number 255/255/255 in first case (user connect set, lift hundset and dial own number for allocation) or some ports in second case (with -1/-1/-1 PBX will select port).
If you need digital port - select set type 4010 and allow "Force Type Identification Is On" in system/ other system/ system parameters.
