Under the IP Parameters

should G711 VOIP Framing match the
G711 VOIP Framing for 4645

on my system the first is set to 20ms
the the other for 30ms

I am experiencing terible voice quality on internal voice mails
external voice mail seem to be alot better still not crystal clear like at home or other systems
