How to find if a product is nearing end of life

Sir,

We have a Omnipcx Enterprise (PCM/TDM) system installed at our office since 2005. Can anybody guide me as to when the hardware of the system is likely to reach its end of life. I need this info to plan future upgrades of h/w and s/w.

ALU on a regular basis supplies such a document on BPWS.
100% sure your SW is phased-out and most of HW too.

As Alex had said, you need to access Alcatel's Business Partners Website to access this kind of document. I have attached the said document just in case you do not have access to BPWS.
