Soft phones through VPN

Hi

SIP phones or Desktop IPphones in our OXE-9.1 works fine when we create any of them in our office network ( which is connected to our PABX by INTIP).From my home with ADSL internet, when i connect to our office network through VPN ( cisco VPN) then SIP phones fails to register or IP Deskphones also not getting connected.Is it some ports that we have to open through VPN network to make soft phones working from outside?If it is like that then please let anyone help me to know the ports to make open on VPN , if not then please advise me something that can make it able to work soft phones over the VPN,Please.

Kindly extract attached ZIP file. This tool will help you check which port/s OXE is using for a variety of applications, endpoints, etc. You could also find this on OXE Documentation under /System Documentation/System Services/IP Services and Port Numbers.
