hai,

i am created a SIP trunk with ISDN all countries & T2 specification given SIP.
IN trunk status all channels showing free. when i am accessing SIP trunk i am getting congestion. what is the problem caused. Please advise.

Because Extension (Gateway 1) can't route to Extension (Gatewat 2) and Sip's messages are fail. You can trace by comman: motortrace 2, then traced. You can watch some example:

When you are created SIP External Gateway, you must config External ID (Instance) is 1.

Because You should config External Gateway, detail are Network Number and Trunk Groups's parameter.
