Voice Guide Error

Hi everyone,

I cannot heard a voice guide when i call a busy line. The line is configurated with "Waiting on occupation" but when i call it, i listen as the user isn't busy (classic tone).

Some idea?

do you define the voice guides 2 and your flash msg and....?

and...? the voice guides 2 is ok. In fact, the waiting voice guide is ok, i can hear it when i put the call in waiting; but i would like the music be avalaible immediately, as all other oxe in my network.

When you call a busy multi-line set you hear tone 67 (Ring tone on busy but accessible multiline set), and usually (by default), this tone is very similar to the ringing tone.
