Hi,

We have an Alcatel OmniPCX 4400, with a TSAPI premium server. We are trying to setup a connection from a call recording application call QFiniti. It is having errors running the "Service Register Request" on SecurityVersionID 234.

When I connected to the TSAPI server from the cstatst.exe and ran an Escape Service Register Request on SecurityVersionID 234. I receive a "Security Violation"

Does anyone have any ideas what could be wrong, let me know if you need more information, or if there is anything I should try.

I have also found that if you run an Escape Service Register Request on SecurityVersionID 10, I got a positive response. When I did this from the QFiniti server it started monitoring extensions, no recordings were made though.

The problem was our Alcatel Business partner had not set Lock 130 to 2.
