This one is driving a customer crazy.. Is there a way to shut off the following message when you occationally access voice mail?

Did you know that ...etc.

It's supposed to be helpful, but I've yet to find anyone who likes it.

Hi,

had the same problem a while ago :

go menu 1 - System parameters

2 - change config parameters

go dow to page 2

set : Usage-based tutorial threshold = 0 (Days)

Now it wonÂ´t drive you mad again with this messages

Thanks, I just made the change.. I couldn't for the life of me figure out where this parameter was.. It's little things like this that will drive a person crazy..

Anyway, just wanted you to know that you're the best.
