Agent Sets

Hi all,

My customer is using R. 6.2 and 4035 as agent set, his set is now faulty for some reasons, i want to know which set i can use as a replacement for agent set???

as pro-acd set for an agent, you can use Analog set, 4004, 4035, 4037, 4038, 4039 and 4068.

as pro-acd set for a supervisor, you can use 4035, 4037, 4038, 4039 and 4068.

Not remember - can you use f.e. 4039 set like agent in R6.2. But as I remember - if you want to use 4039 like agent - you need to use eZ32/SLI boards.
Like usual set 4039 works with Z24/Z32, but for agent you need eZ32.

Sorry, 4039 like usual set can works with UA32 board, but like agent - only with eUA32,UAI. Sory again.

you're right Vad. You can use 4039 as agent only from R7.0
