Nice traces.:D
Try this for DDI R2 category
"Caller Identification For Gr.II
II-7 put to "1"
If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.

Dear,
I am also facing the same problem, but in my case on My DID normal line I am getting the caller ID, but on my Toll free I am not getting the caller ID from Other mobile operator. Then STC did the trace and they said we need to do some configuration change in the system
However I am using a single trunk category for all E1s I have more than 20E1 in 4400.
After STC send me the trace for the E1s I mean Normal DID and Toll free E1, the difference showing is the Signaling type Normal DID is MFCV2 and for the toll free MFCV1 in STC side. Is there is any way we can create a category with MFCV1 for the testing or please explain where is this parameters in 4400.

There is no sense in creating another category.
Are you sure that your normal sbs is category "2" and toll-free - category "1"? Usually it other way around. If you have default DDI R2 category when it is probably looks like that:
Caller Identification For Gr.II II-1 1
Caller Identification For Gr.II II-2 0
Caller Identification For Gr.II II-3 0

So try this for your DDI R2 category
Caller Identification For Gr.II II-2 1

Or just upload your category and traces for those two calls here.
If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.

So you see in the trace that when sbs with category "7" is calling OXE does not ask for ANI info.
Then you need put an "1" to Caller Identification For Gr.II II-7 field.See picture Image
If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.
