withheld/secret identity phone numbers

We have recently had a problem with withheld/secret phone numbers coming through to our call centre. Before December, withheld/secret numbers were blocked and were unable to get through to the call centre. We have received correspondence from Alcatel that they have not touched the configuration of the switch/MSC and that we should check the configuration of the PBX.

can anybody help?

The easiest solution I believe would be to have a filter directly at the CO.
Are you sure the filter was programmed in your PBX ? If yes, I'm curious how you would block incoming blocked numbers... Call your CO, and check with them... And of course, let us know the solution. Thanks

Maybe using ACR? If only CCD is working i guess you can do it with the numbers table.
