Unheard message notification.

Hi guys,

I configured my class of service to keep message 14 days.
But when messages are deleted, I got a (very long spelled) notification who says:
"the message coming from the caller [the caller number] has been deleted, press 1 to conitnue or 2 to erase"

=> Is it possible to automatically delete the message and do not play this notification ?

hello

you have to configure it in the class of service of the mailboxes. set the parameter deletion warning to 1, this will delete the messades and do not notice the user.
