I get this messages on all servers I've installed yet. It's no matter if using Linux or win.

phonebook synchornisation

Normaly with tsa_maintenance /13 you open the phonebook menu,
where you can manually sync. the phonebook and you can test this also with this menu.

The error with 47 is a problem with OXE R7.x & UTC8 but it is working.
Only for new user you will see no error message.
