Second Callback Oxo Rel. 5.1

hi!

i have a question about the callback function in the oxo rel 5.1

user 100 calls to user 200 but user 200 is busy and so user 100 set callback
a few seconds later user 300 calls to user 200 and will set callback but he can't because he is the second to will set the callback function.
all users are 4029 sets and are connected on the same oxo in the same office

does anybody know how it goes, maybe to change a noteworthy addresses?

Only one callback at a time. From documentation:
- An authorized station can only request a single automatic callback at a time.
- A station can only receive a single automatic callback request at a time.
- A callback request does not follow a call forwarding.
