OXO Recording Online, WCA and ECS

Hi everyone,

I have an OXO R6.0, from which the client wishes to record conversations and be able to play recordings from the web interface or an e-mail client. I saw that a license for Web Communication Assistant (WCA) may not order from Actis.

In fact, WCA license for one client is included in Internet Services now? Because it is cheaper than ECS.

The only solution is the Extended Communication Server Compact Edition? To meet customer needs, the WCA or ECS and online recording license are sufficient?
