Return calls to attendant group

Hi,

I want to disable the return calls from DID TG and DISA TG to the attendant group....for instance if a user dials a DID and the called party doesnt answer or if the user calls the master number and after hearing the DISA he dials the desired extension number and the called party doesnt attend in both cases calls are returning towards the attendant group, I want to disable this.

Well, you can always disable "DID overflow on free set" for Day/Night/Fwd1/Fwd2 in Public Network COS...

increase the timer 132..

Is the timer before return to attendant after transfer of an external call to a set that does not answer.Put big value so the caller will get no answer and will hung up.

Hi!

I need your help sirs!

Im trying to change the timer of return call to the attendant when an external call has no answered (i wanted it to have atleast 3 rings), i did try changing the Timer 7, 132, and 144 but its not changes anything. I also tried changing the overflow in no answer timer under the Trunk COS 19.

Is there any parameters for me to check?
