Alarm Group on OXO or OXE

Hi,
is there anyone who has an Idea for the following Customer Request:

In Case of an crisis Situation a Alarm Server calls Serveral PBX all over the Country (OXO or OXE).

Is it possible to create a Parallel Hunting Group (OXO or OXE) and when one of the Hunting Group Members answers the Call the other Members still keep ringing, so that every member MUST answer the Call? eg an Alarm Group

Problem is: The OXO or OXE has about 20 Extensions and only 6 external Lines, so the Alarm Server could not reach every Phone at the same Time.

Is there any Solution?

Actually AMDS (8670) product was designed exactly for that. But you need an additional server and some additional licensies - like SIP and CSTA etc. It has flexible configuration for messages delivery. And, of course, it works both with OXE and OXO.
