when I create a user in the My Instant ics for the end of the configuration takes me the following error

"An error occurred during update of OTS user.:setUSer - ExceptionOTS : BAD STATUS ERROR - InvalidUsersCfg"

this user in the oxe is created with set terminal analog with 4980, are you have any idea?

I checked licence, and ots, is ok
