Console Connection to IO2N

I need to connect my laptop directly to an IO2N in order to run traces for TAC, but I have been unsuccessful in doing so. Does anyone know the pin configuration for both the ethernet and serial cable connections?

Anyone ever do this?

Any help would be throughly appreciated.

Yes. Tht means no one can answer this question.
If TAC handles this case ask them for detailed procedure.

Well, sometimes you get answers here faster than TAC. And what they are telling does not work and they can not make it work in their lab either.
