INTIP3 vs Cisco with STP protocol enabled

Post by whistler »

i have experienced troubles with startup INTIP3 on customer site (configuration with AS ). Everything on site is working, but INTIP3 dont want to load binaries from AS (binintppli3). Twice checked everything - no troubles with patch-cord, router settings ... even check in lab boards - start with no problems. My suggestion - problem with inter working between ethernet chip on INTIP3 and Cisco. Probably its a same chip as on LANX2 board what also dont want to work in this site as simple unmanaged switch. So the question is: does anybody face same problems - INTIP3 dont want to download binaries from AS (with error "file not found or corrupted")?

here is some traces. first is tcpdump from AS - INTIP3 configuration, where IP board dont want start. second - config with CPU-6 - INTIP3 where board is starting normally... in first trace AS reply goes through UDP packets what i think is wrong behavior. second trace show that everything goes via TFTP protocol. Why AS send UDP reply on TFTP request?

Problem solved. After migration to r 9.1 you hAve to do complete netadmin. Not use import from database. Pure complete netadmin. Probably something special for intip3 board shall be created exactly with netadmin tool of release 9.1. After what reboot and everything start download and work.
