Voice Gudes playing on some users only

Post by leo »

Hi all,

We had a recent migration from Rel 8 crystal (CPU 6) to rel 9.1 ( Appliance) with a GPA2 board.
Issue of voice guides playing on some extensions and not paying on some has been observed.
Like users on one eZ32 board are able to hear guides but users on another board are not.
The Guide class of service is the same for all users.
Please suggest.

regards,
LEO

Same shelf, different shelves? Try to detail your environment.

Thanks for the reply tot3nkopf,
Environment is as follows:
Appliance Server connected to two ACT 14 shelves via INTIP3B boards.
Site has reflexes, analog users and DECT users in both the shelves.
Issue so far reported from one shelf, the reference shelf.
Users on Z32 board (1-1) are facing this issue.
Users on the same shelf but on another Z32 board (1-8) have no such issues.
No issues observed on reflex and DECT users as they are able to listen to the VGs properly.

No related errors in incvisu.
vgstat shows the msk associated with a solitary GPA2 board in this installation.
did try with a new msk, with no luck.

may be some users dial "voice guide listening" prefix? Try to dial this prefix again.
