Hi,
I am including this under the system topic since i dnt know were to include questions about music on hold and paging.
I have a client who wants to connect a radio music source to a crystal hardware oxe. I tried to find some documentation on how to connect an external music source to crystal hardware but couldn't find any detailed information.
It seems that audio has to be connected to the cpu but didn't find anything on configuration.
Does anyone knows how to do it or tell me from where i can find some documentation about it?
Also does paging exists on crystal hardware?

For external music connection for crystal hardware:
- you can connect to CPU f.e. with CMDFRMA cable (connected to CBRMA) - contacts 4, 17 - TR1/TR2. (and manage tone 2 with basic tone 31).
- you can connect music source to Z/SLI port - just create VG with type "Z voice guide" and declare equipment number.
In doc - system services/ voice guides and music on hold chapter.
In additional read about "background music" in "user services"
