Post by Konstantinos.E »

Hello guys

i am having a problem to connect PANCODE-IP doorphone with the 4400(R9.1 latest patch). Does any one expirience this?
I am trying now 3 days to connect it but it seems doesnt like me so much...i tryed all most everything....IP domains, compression types and so on...i have done motortrace 3 and there is signalling and call presentasion both sides ,when there is no compression involved (G711),but no paylod over the doorphone and an other extension or ip touch user.Registration is OK. in csipsets command the phone is declared. Also tryed with SIP-SIP phone with Zoiper but no luck...

any advise will be helpfull...

Hi
I have the same problem. I just had a call with the support engineer and have been told that Pancode IP doesnt support DTMF RFC2833 in current versions.
It should be transparent. It seems that the OXE supports only RFC2833.

Hi the pancode supports RFC2833.

there are some traces from motortrace3 and wireshark(just remove from pcap the txt string).

Any help could be critical.

Thanks
