Report whithout data

In OmniVista 4760.5.1.06.03 when I try to get a report> Traffic Analysis> Trunk Groups> Summary Report or Detailed Report> with period last month, the same is generated without any data, although other reports relating to the same month generated correctly. Is there any explication for this?

the default user for OmniVista4760 is 'adminnmc'
you created a new user called administrator?

First of all do you have "PastTimePerformance" license on 4760 and "Traffic Observation" license on OXE?

I faced this problem with a different situation. first all reports were sent complete and right for 3 months, then it sends empty reports.
I checked all the settings above and they are right already, Any suggestions??
