High Voltage of Output for analogue extension ?

Dear ALL
i have temp CPU-7 R9.1 30 Day until have maintenance in France. so,when i create New analogue extension have high voltage range from 41-61 V but the old have analogue extension fixed 40.5 voltage and from any From Few Day the system Damage 3 analogue Card(ez32) and all Ground is good and no voltage in Building internal Network so this problem from may be Cause No Original Lenience on cpu or not ?

no ....liciens doesnt matter..
1)this happens if the tty cable is on?try with out maybe you have short cirquits in your network.
2)did you try in an other slot?
3)if this happens also with the tty cable you have to check the backplane of the crystal.See if there is any pin makes a short cirquit.

i made all this steps but no solution , But I have 1.5 Ohm in Earth this is good or not ? what is range of this ?
