Can anyone point me to some documentation to configure Intergated Automated Attendant?
I would like to create an address in a call center that will allow people to remove themselves for queue and go to VM. I know where to put the address in CCD and to record a dynamic voice guide. I am unsure how to create the Tree, Leaf and anything else needed.
Have all all the necessary licenses, but am unsure how to program it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you need to create the IAA in reverse then enable it.
1: create leaf 1 as "aa choice menu" set guide number you have recorded and diffusion 1 (play once), menu choice 1 use say dtmf key 1 destination fictive mailbox. important that no action is set as "release" so that if no action is taken the call returns to the queue where it was.
2: create tree 1 and point to leaf 1
3: create AA access 1. give it a number. that is the number to put in the CCD. set the COS 0-31 required to the tree number (in this case 1)
4: ensure the call has rights to AA and enable the IAA.
very brief but that is the basic flow to take. Sys doc's do have more detail if required.
To test point a DDI at the AA so that you can see the IAA is working before testing with CCD as this helps to point you in the right direction if not working. NOTE you can not test IAA with internal calls. it only works for external calls.

OK I have everything configured and it works in one node. I have similar programming in another node but the 1 key does nothing when in the AA. The AA is activated and as far as I can see is configured correctly, I am using the AA access address (mcdu) in the parking level field.
I only recently added a new licenses file to allow for automated attendant, is it possible there something else in the system I need to enable?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Needed to set Automated Attendant to YES in the trunk group.
Also IAA docs attached.
