How to display attached data in phone set screen

Hi,

I have GCE 1.0 installed. Customer want to have IVR setup like:

press 1 for sales
press 2 for support

When caller select 1 for sales and call pass to agent, on agent phone screen, they want to see sales on the screen.

Can any one tell me how to set up this program?

Do you have VisualIVR license or you use other IVR or automated attendant solution?

Yes I have visual IVR license. I try to use attach data block to add more info on phone screen

Once you select Sales, it should re-enter via a Service and this then should be shown on the display,

If i am not wrong this configuration in PG, under processing group there is a parameter to display caller characters like pilot and caller characters, if u select agent can see call is coming from which pilot or which group..hope this helps u..

I don't remember if this is a setting on service (I don't think there is), on top of that there are certain configuration possibilities available on VisualCC for GAD display (I don't remember the exact place - last time was quite long ago). You can get smth like this and many more:

I do know how to do it on CME (Genesys), you need to create a new Business Attribute with the name of the KVP that you want to show, this KVP must be a part of the Attached Data on the call.
