IP Touch 4038

Hi All,

I configured an IP Touch 4038 phone. There is a strange problem, when I call an extension, I am unable to hear user on other end. I can be heard no problem. If I put the phone on loud speaker I can hear them fine. I rhought it was a simple issue with the handset itself or cable so I replaced both with one's I know work fine from another phone.

Could this possible be a configuration issue? Any help on this issue hreatly appreciated....

Perhaps the problem is with the phoneset itself.
Perhaps the headset connector or anything. Just return it to ALU as a DOA or under warranty.

Maybe an issue with the volume of the headset? Just push the +-button on your phone to make the handset louder.

Or it's just like freedom says a problem with the set and you have to replace it.
