to recover mtcl password

Dear experts,

I am using OXE crystal ( R9.0).Somebody has changed the login password ( mtcl). how to reset or recover the changed password.

pls advice.

hi, from the console port have you tried to log in as root? from there you will be able to reset the mtcl password.

log in with v24 ...when the machine starts strike ctrl b and then i and go to the command prompt and then follow the doc
